William spent eleven years at two of the world’s premier asset management firms. At BlackRock he served as Vice President & Head of Research, covering value and cyclical mandates before moving to generalist coverage across eCommerce, financials, technology, and energy. He then joined T. Rowe Price’s central research team, covering materials and industrials. He is a CFA charterholder.
Throughout his career, William has invested across value, growth, and cyclical mandates. That experience became the blueprint for Peckham’s research process: a written playbook and scoring framework that codifies eleven years of institutional pattern recognition into a disciplined, repeatable way of finding and underwriting exceptional businesses.
At Peckham, William leads all investment research and portfolio construction, applying the same institutional-caliber discipline to a concentrated, high-conviction equity strategy.
At Peckham, Jack owns everything that turns the investment engine into an institution: legal, operations, compliance, capital formation, and investor relationships. He is responsible for building the firm’s LP network, structuring investment partnerships, and developing the operational infrastructure required to support a concentrated, institutional-quality investment platform.
He is the founding partner of Rukab Brash PLLC, a New York-based firm advising developers, investors, and operating partners on complex transactions, partnership structures, and multi-party negotiations. He was named a New York Super Lawyers Rising Star six years running, from 2019 to 2024. Through his practice he has led high-stakes negotiations and contract structuring across large real estate and investment projects involving developers, lenders, boards, and institutional counterparties.
Jack brings deep experience managing sophisticated stakeholder dynamics and structuring agreements that align incentives across multiple parties, skills directly applicable to emerging manager fundraising, investor relations, and firm governance.
